Bastienne's Bidet Business: A Fecal Transplant Fantasy
Nurse Bastienne stood in front of her patient, ready to perform the most unconventional procedure yet. She tilted her head slightly, watching as his eyes darted between her and the medical chart she held in her hands. "I'm afraid we're out of capsules," she said, her voice steady despite the awkwardness of the situation. "But I have an alternative solution."
The man on the exam table swallowed hard, his Adam's apple bobbing nervously in his throat. "What kind of alternative?" he asked warily.
Bastienne took a deep breath, trying to mask the discomfort she felt. "Well," she began, "since we don't have capsules, we'll have to go for the direct approach." She paused, choosing her words carefully. "You'll have to provide the...material yourself."
The man's eyes widened in horror. "You mean...?" he trailed off, unable to finish the sentence.
Bastienne nodded sadly. "I'm afraid so," she confirmed. "But don't worry. This is a very effective treatment, and we'll make sure the transplant is successful." She paused again, trying to reassure him. "We'll just have to get creative with how we collect it."
The man looked at her, his expression a mixture of fear and confusion. "So, what do you need me to do?" he asked hesitantly.
Bastienne sighed, realizing how uncomfortable this must be for him. "I need you to...relax," she said gently. "And, well, let nature take its course." She glanced down at the chart in her hands, pretending to read it to hide her embarrassment. "We'll have to skip the usual procedure and go straight to the source."
The man swallowed hard, his eyes darting between Bastienne and the toilet in the corner of the room. Slowly, he began to undo his pants, his movements stiff and unpracticed. "I-I don't think I can do this," he stammered, his face flushing crimson.
Bastienne moved closer to him, placing a reassuring hand on his shoulder. "I understand," she said softly. "It's okay to feel awkward. But remember, this is for your own health." She leaned in closer, her face softening. "I'm here with you every step of the way."
As he slowly lowered his pants and sat on the exam table, Bastienne could feel the tension in the room thickening. She tried to focus on the task at hand, reminding herself that this was part of her job as a nurse. Taking a deep breath, she sterilized a small jar and approached the man.
"Are you ready?" she asked, her voice trembling slightly.
The man nodded hesitantly, his eyes squeezed shut. Bastienne gently parted his cheeks and, using a small plastic spoon, collected a sample of the material from his anus. The smell was unbearable, making her stomach churn, but she forced herself to remain focused.
Once she had collected enough, Bastienne sealed the jar and placed it in a sterilization chamber. She glanced at her patient, noting the mixture of relief and embarrassment on his face. "I'm sorry if this is uncomfortable for you," she said quietly, "but we've got what we need now."
Bastienne helped the man clean up and redress, her movements quick and efficient. As she wrote up his chart, she couldn't help but feel a sense of relief that the procedure was over. But she also knew that there would be more patients in need of alternative therapies, and she would be there to help them.
