Tummy Hurt Loose Poop

I love eating steak cooked medium rare, tasting all the yummy flavors. My husband cooked steak and we split it, but my part was a little more under cooked than normal. I was going to tell him to cook my piece of steak just a little bit longer, but I was hungry and it looked good. A few hours later, my tummy started rumbling and cramping, and I knew that I should have asked him to cook my steak a little bit longer. I felt awful running to the toilet with a tummy ache.
